We do not charge transfer fees on firearms that are purchased from Peak Precision Supply.

You must have a valid Driver License or State issued ID with your current address on it. All information must be correct on the ID. You must fill out ATF form 4473 correctly and pass a NICS background check conducted by the FBI. Peak Precision Supply will not release any firearm to a purchaser until a “Proceed” has been received from NICS. The 4473 Form expires after 30 days. If a buyer wishes to have a refund issued, the form must expire before a refund is issued. Payment is due before Form 4473 is completed. If a “Denied” response is received, the refund is issued upon receiving the denied response.

Firearm Transfer Policy

We only ship firearms to licensed FFLs. Firearms and accessories must be legal in the jurisdictions that they are sent to. All local, state, and federal laws must be adhered to.

Firearms transfers are done by appointment only or at local gun shows. The fee per 4473 form transfer is:

$60 first firearm, $40 for a second firearm, and $20 for any subsequent firearms contained on the same form.

Do not have firearms sent to Peak Precision Supply without first contacting us via email and confirming receipt of the FFL license from the shipper. Unauthorized shipments to PPS will be refused and returned to the carrier/shipper at shipper expense.
