Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, may begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.

- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
International shipping is not available at this time.
Arizona Sales Tax
As an Arizona-based business, we collect sales tax on orders shipped within Arizona as required by state law. Tax rates vary by locality.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- For carrier-related delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
